Whether or not this is a fun shot against the stereotypical player, you'll want to head to the Goblin Village to find this ingredient. The Goblin Village is tucked away in a corner just behind Foryxe and Jandel.
Once inside the village, head to the large rock towards the back wall. The Fedora ingredient will hide behind it on the floor.

Now for the fun part. Take the ingredient and return to your cauldron, either by teleporting or taking a short hike, and throw it in. Within seconds you should see the Fedora Potion appear and be able to grab a quick drink!
