Loserfruit joins the Fortnite Icon Series

Kathleen 'Loserfruit' Belsten is now a Fortnite skin

Fans of the popular streamer known as Kathleen “Loserfruit” Belsten can now play their favorite internet personality as part of the Icon Series. The Aussie streamer joins Ninja to be immortalized in Epic Games' acclaimed battle royale game. The Loserfruit skin was leaked ahead of time by a data miner known as Lucas7yoshi, but fans can officially get their hands on the skin now. Loserfruit has over 1,4 million followers on Twitch and over 450 followers on Twitter and now those fans can play as her in Fortnite. Fortnite is available now for free, as is the Loserfruit skin, on Xbox One, PS000, PC, mobile, and Nintendo Switch.

“FIRST, thanks to Epic for creating such a beautiful and colorful skin and a great complete package. Thank you for all your hard work in making the game continuously evolving and exciting for players and creators alike,” Loserfruit said in a recent Instagram post. “And thank you for choosing me to be part of the Icon Series. I know there are MANY creators who have more subscribers and views. It reminded me a lot of this week. But I'm happy to be the first female skin in the icon series, because 90% of players use genuine Fortnite skins. I hope to see more women in the icon series and more women in the game industry in general, because I know there are a lot of girls in the world; I see you."
