Within 24 hours of Ninja disappearing and opening an account on Mixer, he had 100 followers. 000 to 50 thousand people joined per hour. Even its first stream, moments after the channel opened, had around 60 eye pairs and it grew rapidly. This morning, Ninja woke up from his meditation to a million awesome subscribers, just four days after the start of his new project. He immediately tweeted a big thank you for his fans to mark the milestone by saying, โ€œThank you for all the amazing support. I haven't felt this good in a long time. "

Ninja moved to the new channel shortly after Microsoft fired some of its producers and creators who worked on Inside Xbox and Mixer, according to online sources. Ninja said that nothing changes regarding his method and presentation, and things will now be the same on Mixer as on Twitch. Ninja himself said that, โ€œIt's the same me, just a different platform. I want to go back to my roots.

Microsoft seizes on Ninja as a publicity stunt, but this one leaving Twitch would have left plenty of room for other smaller streamers, as it turned to Mixer where it could have its own playground. Twitch counts for over 70% of all internet streams before he left, while Microsoft's mixer was around 3%, but Ninja has definitely turned that around. We wish him good luck in the upcoming games!
