If you're a fan of Brie Larson, you might be familiar with her hobby as a gamer and her relatively new YouTube channel. Obviously, she also plays Captain Marvel in the MCU, which has a skin in Fortnite. Recently, she also had her Fortnite locker displayed in the Fortnite Item Shop. Her setup of skins, emotes, harvester, and all of her cosmetics can be seen by players. This prompted her to make a Fortnite video on her YouTube channel and invited her Avengers: Endgame co-star Tessa Thompson to join in. Not quite the player Larson is, Thompson had to be shown the ropes.
Along with knowing that players can tame wolves, which is a relatively new feature, Tessa Thompson needed a crash course from Brie Larson. Everything from Battle Royale game mode to surviving the storm and other players. Tessa acted as Brie's navigator, asking her what to do and what she wanted to see happen. During their video, they were killed by a robot, drove a purple Lamborghini, tamed a wolf, were attacked by the same wolf, and ended up earning a Victory Royale.
Apparently, the plan is for Tessa Thompson to move in with her own console, so the two can play together during their downtime. Hopefully that means we'll see them perform together in future videos. *Gasp* Thompson and Larson pro-gamer jerseys?! I would buy it. Fortnite is available on PC, mobile devices, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
