Fan-favorite brand of stuffed animals Squishmallows subtly debuted with Roblox on December 20, 2021. The company behind the hugely popular toy line, KellyToy, has made no previous announcements of plans to collaborate with Roblox, so fans were pleasantly, and completely, surprised when the experiment went live Monday morning. Promoted with a tweet from the official Squishmallows Twitter account, this experience now has over 250 views and nearly 000 favorites.

Upon joining this experience for the first time, players are introduced to Mike, the NPC tour guide who happily shows new members around Paradise Island. Mike introduces players to the Squishmallows store, clothing store, cafe, Club Vibe, general store, and furniture store, and even takes them around the Squishmallows neighborhood. Once the player has been shown, it's time to choose their first Squishmallow.

Inside the Squishmallows store are three claw machines, each of which can be used to choose a variety of Squishmallow pets. Claw machines vary in price, the Core machine costs 350 SquishBucks to use, the Featured machine costs 800 SquishBucks to use, and the Premium machine costs 1 SquishBucks to use. The Squishmallows available in each machine reflect the price of the machine, meaning the rarest Squishmallows can be found in Featured and Premium machines.

After using the claw machine during Mike's demonstration, players can return to the Squishmallows store at any time and use the machines again. Also in the Squishmallows Shop, players can combine three Squishmallows of the same design into one giant Squishmallow using the Combine Machine.

There are also many mini-games that players can participate in to earn SquishBucks, including a Dress Up mini-game, a Bake a Cupcake mini-game, a Dance Off mini-game, and a Connect Four mini-game. These mini-games are located inside the various shops spread across Paradise Island and can be played alone or with friends.

After spending time on the dance floor or in the bakery, players can return home with their Squishmallows to rest and relax. These houses can be decorated however the player wishes, with various wallpaper options, furniture, and exterior customization capabilities. There are also paid options in this experience that allow players to upgrade their homes and designs with Robux.

At this time, there are no free items or avatar accessories players can use or wear outside of Paradise Island, although depending on the widespread popularity and outcome of this experiment, it could be subject to change in the future. If Squishmallow accessories are added to the Roblox Avatar Shop, this article will be updated accordingly.
