They say a rising tide lifts all boats, but in Fortnite it seems to move them too. The Yacht has been moved by floodwaters and can no longer be found in Steamy stacks. The yacht is now in the north of the map, right in the middle. You can see it marked on the map below.
The yacht has also undergone quite dramatic changes. There are no more minions to be found, though various Deadpool references have survived as he launched Meowscles last season and took over. You can still find art and Deadpool's mighty chair, but the safe is gone. The door is just open now, and it might contain a loot box, but that's it.
The yacht is not a terrible place to land, for two reasons. There are plenty of chests and ammo boxes here, so you may well get looted before you leave. There's also a Reboot Van for Duos and Squads players, so if you lose someone in an early Skirmish, you can bring them back.
You can also find a loot shark here, so if you want to ride one, just grab the plentiful fishing rods that will spawn on the yacht and catch it like you would any normal fish. Lastly, there's a helicopter, so once you're done here, you can easily access any other part of the map, making it a solid and viable drop-off point, as you're never really as far anywhere else.
