To purchase the GTA 5 Online Diving Outfit players will simply need to visit in an Ammu-Nation (source). The outfit is then in the Outfits category. As for the price players can benefit buying it at 155 500 GTA$. Many colors are available but the price can go up to 163 GTA$.

Once the outfit has been purchased, it is useful to add it to the list of Saved Outfits to be able to access it quickly via the game's Select Menu. In any case, the outfit appears automatically when the player dives into the sea or into a swimming pool.
Be careful though, even if the GTA 5 diving suit allows you to breathe underwater for an infinite duration it does not protect against underwater pressure. So be careful not to dive too deep.
