Can you hack and mod in GTA 5?
It's entirely possible but forbidden. In any game, clever little guys have fun modifying the files of their game in order to take themselves for the kings of a GTA 5 Online server. So if you see players stealing when they shouldn't or creating tickets on the ground, beware, it's a person breaking the rules imposed by Rockstar Games.
