The God of War Gauntlet of Ages is a handy talisman that allows Kratos to stack enchantments for a number of bonus effects. Getting the Gauntlet is pretty easy, but you'll have to put in some effort if you want to get the most out of it, by getting rare items to upgrade the gauntlet and insert more enchantments.
How to get the Gauntlet of Ages in God of War
How to get the Gauntlet of Ages is quite simple on its own.
After completing The Sickness main story quest, which is about halfway through the main plot, talk to Sindri and complete the Family Business side quest. You will face a traveler at the end of the quest, and defeating him will give you the Gauntlet of Ages.
Thing is, the Gauntlet isn't very useful on its own, other than knocking enemies back a bit. You will need enchantments to get the most out of the Gauntlet.
God of War Gauntlet of Ages Enchantements
There are six enchantments, though the Gauntlet only has three slots at its max upgrade level. It starts with one, and you'll need Brok or Sindri to level it up using Dragon Tears to unlock the other two.

Andvari's Soul
- How to get: Complete Brok's Favor Second Hand Soul in Volunder Mines
- What it does: Can restore health after a runic death
Eye of the Outer Realm
- How to Get: Collect from Odin's Hidden Chamber in Helheim
- What it does: +7 stat boost for attack, defense, vitality, runic, luck and cooldown
Shard of Asgard Existence
- How to get: Defeat Valkyrie Rota in Helheim
- What it does: Hold L1 to generate Fortification, which causes an explosion the next time you remove a block
Ivaldi's Corrupted Mind
- How to get it: Defeat Valkyrie Olrun in Altheim
- What it does: Inflicts "Weaken" on enemies within 15 yards
Muspelheim's Eye of Power
- How to get it: Purchase from the dwarven shop in Muspelheim
- What it does: Increases burn resistance by 20% for a maximum of 60%
Njord Time Stone
- How to get it: Defeat the Valkyrie Queen in the Council of Valkyries
- What it does: Can slow down enemies after attacking them
