    Divinity: Original Sin, Baldurs Gate 3 Reveals Planned Events For Collective Guerrilla Event

    Larian Studios made a name for itself in the console space over the last generation with Divinity: Original Sin and its excellent sequel, and the developer seems to be in pole position to replicate that success with Baldurs Gate 3. been confirmed only by release on PC and Google Stadia at the time of writing, although we've made it clear that we're hoping for a PlayStation 5 release in the future. Nonetheless, console gamers may still have reason to tune in to next month's Guerrilla Collective event when the developer takes to the digital stage.



    In response to a fan's question on Twitter, Larian Studios Publishing Director Michael Douse said there will be a few announcements related to the Divinity franchise as well as more information about Baldurs Gate III.

    As for Divinity: Original Sin II - Definitive Edition, the RPG has just completed a series of free content drops on PlayStation 4, so it doesn't look like the studio has exited the title entirely just yet. Could this be a new expansion of the game? Let's hope so. And while we weren't expecting a PS5 version of Baldurs Gate 3 to be revealed anytime soon, it looks like we'll be getting a glimpse of some new gameplay next month. It has to come to Sony's next-gen platform at some point, right?
