If you've just picked up the latest game in the World of Assassination trilogy, you might be wondering how many missions there are in Hitman 3. The short answer to that question is that it depends.
If you're just playing the base game, you'll have fewer missions and locations when you start, and if you've imported other levels from the previous two games through the various Hitman Access Passes, you'll have plenty. more. .
For the base game, Hitman 3 has six missions and six distinct locations on release, in this order:
- Dubai
- Dartmoor
- Berlin
- Chongqing
- Mendoza
- carpathian mountains
Five of these missions and locations are the relatively open-ended sandboxes fans have come to expect from the series, while the last is much more linear, drawing mixed reactions from those lucky enough to make it to the end. .
All missions in Hitman 3 include a number of challenges, including Assassination Challenges, Discovery Challenges, Targeted Challenges, Achievements, and so-called "Classics", which include shooter tasks elite and silent assassin.
Four of the six missions additionally include Mission Stories, which are unique scenarios that include their own set of special objectives, allowing each of the missions to be replayed multiple times in multiple ways.
If you purchased the two previous games in the series, Hitman (2016) and Hitman 2, you can import all missions from those games, along with their expansion contracts, into Hitman 3, taking the number of missions well into north of 20. You can do this by picking up the Hitman Access Passes, which we describe here.
Note that even if you have never purchased Hitman or Hitman 2, you can still purchase the access passes for the price of each game and import the missions into Hitman 3.
