To become a mafia boss in Bitlife, you must first join a mafia family, which requires you to be someone with a criminal background from a young age and 18 years old. Once in a family, you will have to commit crimes and give back as much money to your crime family.
Over time, you will build a reputation and eventually be promoted to the rank of mob boss. However, building your reputation is a long process, and joining the crowd is an important task in itself, so here's step by step what you need to do with some tips.

Step One: Commit petty crimes like pickpocketing and shoplifting at age eight every year until age 16.

Stage Two: When you reach the age of sixteen, start committing crimes like grand theft auto; continue to engage with others until age 18.
