If you want to download Minecraft Java Edition 7 Experimental Snapshot 1.18, you need to visit the official announcement post on the Minecraft.net website.
On the official post, look for the section called "how do I get the experimental snapshot". Below this section will be a download link for a zip file, this zip file is the release file for Minecraft Java Edition 6 Experimental Snapshot 1.18.
So click on the link and download the zip file. Once the file has finished downloading, you will need to take that file and unzip it or extract it to your local Minecraft builds folder.

After that, open the Java Minecraft launcher and click on Create a new installation. A new tab will open and you have to press the button indicating a new installation and select version 1.18_experimental-snapshot-7.
Once set, just hit play on the launcher and be sure to create a new world, and you'll be ready to play Minecraft Java Edition 1.18 6 Experimental Snapshot.
